Parasailing flights, also called parascending flights, are done from a boat, and using a parachute that will allow you to ascend to a height of 50 to 100 meters.
Have a unique, relaxing, and exciting experience alone or with one or two other people. The only limit to do the flight together is not surpassing 220 kilos of total weight. If someone wants to accompany you on the boat but not on the flight, they can do so by paying the companion supplement when booking.
Parasail at the Playa Blanca or Puerto del Carmen docks. If you are staying in Puerto Calero or Costa Teguise, the best option is going to Puerto del Carmen.
During the flight, you’ll also be able to enjoy the magnificent coastal views and those of the area you’re staying in.

Where can I parasail in Lanzarote?
Lanzarote’s parasailing flights are done at the Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca docks (the exact information on the docks will be found in the reservation receipt). There is no parasailing in Costa Teguise, but you can do it in Puerto del Carmen.
How long does the parascending experience last in total?
The flight lasts between 8 and 10 minutes and the time on the boat varies depending on the number of customers on that departure, but generally between 30 and 50 minutes.
What is the maximum weight to fly?
The maximum weight to fly is 220 kilos, so if you come alone or accompanied by one or two other people, keep in mind that you cannot surpass 220 kilos for the same flight.
What should I bring?
You should always wear a swimsuit and a shirt that can get wet, as well as a towel.
Will I get pictures taken?
Yes, during the flight, the boat staff will take pictures that you can buy there. OkLanzarote is not responsible for anything purchased during the activity.
From what age can children parasail?
Children can parasail, while accompanied by a parent, from the age of 8. If they’re going to fly alone, with parental consent, they must be at least 13 years old.
Can I go on the boat as a companion but not parasail?
Yes, you can go as a companion by paying the boat companion supplement, which you’ll find when booking.
What happens if the weather conditions don’t allow us to parasail? When will I be notified?
If for reasons of force majeure, such as weather, the parasailing visits are cancelled, the organizing company will contact you by SMS as soon as possible and will offer you all possible alternatives.
